Mom of 4!?

Picture this, Mama…

A Mama of 3 learns she is going to be a Mama of 4! Not entirely a surprise. When you do adult things and don’t take precautions, these things happen. Yet, this is not something we were necessarily planning to happen right now in our lives. We have talked about wanting ‘one more,’ or I have at least. My husband, not so much. Yet, here we are, and here I am, tired and nauseous. Feeling the mom guilt of not being able to be the active mom I usually am. Especially during these summer months, and I’m wondering how I am going to make it 8 more months!? But, I will. I always do. I do want this baby. I am grateful and blessed and thank God every day for the child growing in my belly, and the ones running around my house. But, it’s still okay to wonder and have tired days and lazy days. So, if you take anything away from this post, Mama, it’s that two things can be true. We can be tired and want to hide for 10 minutes of peace and still be grateful.
